Martin Maron, MD

Dr. Martin Maron is the Director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center at Lahey Medical Center and Hospital. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), focusing on identifying patients at high risk for sudden death, utilizing cardiovascular magnetic resonance and ambulatory monitoring for patient assessment, and exploring novel drug therapies to modify the disease. Dr. Maron has co-authored over 250 original publications on HCM in leading journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, Circulation, and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
