Martin Maron, MD
Dr. Martin Maron is Director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center at Lahey Medical Center and Hospital. His research interests are the diagnosis and management of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, including the identification of patients at high risk for sudden death, as well as the role of cardiovascular magnetic resonance and ambulatory monitoring in the assessment of patients with HCM and novel drug therapy to modify the disease. Dr. Maron has co-authored over 250 original publications on HCM, including in the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, Circulation, and Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
